General Policy

Due to the digital nature of gift cards, all sales are generally considered final once the gift card code has been delivered. However, we understand that issues may arise, and we are committed to addressing them fairly.

Eligible Refund Situations

Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:

  • Technical Issues: If there was a technical error during the purchase process that resulted in duplicate charges or incorrect amounts
  • Defective Product: If the gift card code provided is invalid, expired, or does not work as intended
  • Unauthorized Transactions: If you can demonstrate that a purchase was made without your authorization
  • Non-Delivery: If you did not receive your digital gift card within the promised timeframe and we cannot resend it

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after receiving the gift card code
  • Gift card codes that have already been redeemed or partially used
  • Failure to read product descriptions or terms before purchase
  • Loss or theft of gift card codes after delivery
  • Inability to use a gift card due to restrictions of the issuing retailer

Refund Request Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team within 48 hours of your purchase
  2. Provide your order number and detailed description of the issue
  3. Include any relevant documentation or screenshots
  4. Our team will review your request within 3-5 business days
  5. You will receive a response via email regarding the status of your refund request

Refund Processing Time

If your refund request is approved:

  • The refund will be processed within 5-10 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase
  • Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account

Partial Refunds

In some cases, we may offer partial refunds if:

  • Only a portion of your order was affected by an issue
  • A gift card has been partially used before an issue was reported
  • The circumstances of your case warrant a partial resolution

Exchanges and Replacements

If you receive a defective or invalid gift card code, we will work to provide a replacement rather than a refund whenever possible. Replacement codes will be sent to your email within 24-48 hours of verification.

Cancellation Policy

Order cancellations may be possible if:

  • You contact us immediately after placing your order
  • The gift card code has not yet been generated or sent
  • No portion of the service has been rendered

Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback through your credit card company or payment provider without first contacting us, we reserve the right to dispute the chargeback and provide evidence of the completed transaction and delivered service.

We encourage you to contact our customer service team first to resolve any issues before pursuing a chargeback.

Gift Card Terms

Please note that each gift card is subject to the terms and conditions of its issuing retailer or service provider. We are not responsible for:

  • Expiration dates set by the gift card issuer
  • Usage restrictions imposed by the retailer
  • Changes to the gift card program by the issuing company
  • Merchant acceptance policies

Exceptions

We reserve the right to make exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis. All decisions regarding refunds are at the sole discretion of GiftNola management.
